AA Floors & More is GREAT! Not only is it huge and has a terrific selection, it has excellent people there.
I was looking for 1,100 square feet of wood flooring and had a very particular look that I had in mind. I'd visited 5 different flooring stores throughout the GTA but kept coming back to AA Floors & More in Etobicoke. The reason for this is the wonderful customer service.
The sales rep Myron was extremely open and receptive to what I wanted, and spent time going over the different options with me. He made recommendations for the ideal type of wood that would accommodate our busy household, and which brand would be best. He allowed me to borrow samples to take home and return them when I was ready. He is quick with email, which was a plus. I got a terrific price on the flooring, which could not be beat at any other store.
I am so appreciative of the amazing customer service at AA Floors & More, and would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend going there. Be sure to ask for Myron, he is excellent and will make sure that you are taken care of!

Thanks for the review Hannah. Most of our staff here are also partial to the more rustic grades of hardwood; the look and feel of clear wood with natural colour variation is what makes hardwood truly stand out from the myriad of other flooring surfaces.
