They arrived on the date and the time promised and they did it with enthusiasm and courtesy beyond expectations. We were fortunate to have Helder and Nester complete the work. I cannot say enough about Helders attention to detail. Right from the start he was courteous and I had a good feeling that we were being taken care of properly. He showed incredible consideration for the property and the work that had to be performed. He kindly explained right from his introduction as to what he and Nester were going to do. It was evident that Helder wanted to create a long term relationship with his customer and that we were not just "another job". If you have become hesitant about getting a duct cleaning company out of fear of being ripped off, do not worry with Superior.... you will have wished you called them sooner.
