Luke & Jeff arrived on time as scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me before they started the cleaning. They did not even make any mess in the house, and the job was finished less than 2 hrs as promised.
Luke even took his time to give me some insight as to how to change and take care of the humidifier & its filter since I had no idea how. Thanks for your detailed kind review. Luke has over 15 years in the business and Jeff around 5. They are both lead technicians so you got a great duo that day. Even though teaching our customers how to properly maintain and use their accessories is not in our scope, it is something that we have adopted over the years to be very important. Its all too common to find situations where people have great HVAC equipment installed in their homes will little to no idea on how to use them. Far too often we see this and find it important to teach our customers the importance of running some of these accessories as well as the importance of maintaining them. This ensure they get the best indoor climate possible and also allows them to be confident in their roles as responsible home owners.
