Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitization
My husband & I recently purchased a 100 year old house that needed extensive renovations. After weeks of demo and renos, it was time to move in. By that time we were really concerned about the air our family would be breathing in. We knew we needed to hire a reputable company that would do an exceptional job, especially with all the work that had been done. Well, that's exactly what we got! My sister-in-law had already done the legwork in finding Superior Air to clean the ducts at her house and she had nothing but good things to say about them (which I might add is huge for her as she's quite the critic). I did a bit of my own research as well & they did not disappoint. Helder & Jeff were punctual, they were professional, & they were polite. It was obvious that they "knew their stuff" & you could tell they believe in the company they work for; which was quite reassuring. Helder & Jeff did a great job cleaning & sanitizing our ducts. I think what put them over the top though was the care and concern they expressed for our home & our family & the extra time they took to explain the process to us & how to manage & maintain the air systems in our home. Living in a time where making a quick dollar is all that matters & customer service is a thing of the past, our experience with Superior Air Duct Cleaning was refreshing. Thank you Helder & Jeff! In all honesty your particular situation (duct cleaning of a 100 year old, newly renovated home) is among the most challenging in respects to our residential services. I’m sure the guys (Helder and Jeff) had their work cut out for them but it’s great to hear that although the job was challenging they put in the efforts needed to do a good job for you. Educating and taking the time to make sure that you as our customer understand what we are doing and how to maintain the system after we are done is how it all comes together at the end. We are not a company that encourages our staff to move quickly in a home; in fact it’s quite the opposite. We encourage them to take their time to make sure that they do a great job every time. In taking their time they also ensure that they take very good care of your home and property. This is something that is also very important in our operation.
