An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are extremely pleased with the work done by Patterned Concrete on our property. The final product has surpassed our expectations and has been appreciated from our neighbours as well as our friends. I will be looking forward to dealing with them for the maintenance of the patterned concrete and will have no hesitation on recommending them.
The staff were very helpful during the phase of the construction and even helped out with a couple of things which were not in the scope of their work.
