Consumers Carpet

The service in the store is fantastic. The staff are helpful and the prices are great. The installation is another story. It is a budget job for a budget price. My suggestion is to get your materials here and find your own installer. My rating is for the store, not the installation service.

After being promised 3.5 inch flooring, Consumers Carpet delivered 3.25 inches. Explanation for the error was that the real wood which I was shown was something between "3.5 and 3.25", and that hardwood flooring has tolerances due to milling. The receipt says 3.5, the boxes I was delivered say 3.25, and the wood that I received measures 3.25. The wood was also not as good quality as the sample shown, with very many small pieces and flaws.

GREAT COMPANY I WENT INTO CONSUMERS CARPET LOOKING FOR HARDWOOD FLOORING AND FOUND A HUGE SELECTION AT PRICES I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE WE BOUGHT 1000 S.F OF MAPLE HARDWOOD AND IT LOOKS GREAT. I DELT WITH MIKE HE WAS WONDERFUL. HIGHLY RECOMEND CONSUMERS CARPET GREAT PRODUCTS GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE.
