Mike was very helpful, even though I had a relatively small quantity and was going for cheap but durable flooring. Yes, I had to wait to see him and also to talk to him later on the phone, but they were very busy and he called me back. Further he was available after the sale for advice, when he could well have not helped. Delivery was as promised. And the price was amazing. Beat big box store on sale by more than $1.75 per square foot. Check their clearance if you go-they had no problem filling my 800 sq foot order.
