Ben was fantastic! He picked up the rug and cleaned it quicker than he promised. It looked brand new! I also mentioned to him that I was looking for a new antique style persian rug and he immediately understand what I wanted and texted me a few ones he had, and even brought one to look at when he dropped off my rug. Really exceptional service from Ben and his son!
