A carpet we thought beyond saving, but serving a very specific function. TRG came through with flying colours! We were both amazed and relieved, as a replacement would have been difficult and costly.
But the highlight of the experience was meeting & dealing with Ben (owner). We could not have imagined dealing with a more personable & knowledgeable individual. He went out of his way in understanding our situation and displayed - in a very concrete way - a generosity of spirit and kindness extremely rare in today's marketplace. We will be forever grateful and would not hesitate to recommend his services.
