It was to be just a rug cleaning service - but it turned into quite a memorable experience. Ben (the owner) who is the nicest person, delivered an exceptional service. Rugs are like new and pick-up and delivery service accommodated our time table. Ben took time to explain the cleaning process and shared some amazing information about rugs, places they come from, fibers and ways to make them... it was fascinating! Thank you Ben!
