Single home, throughout the house
I bought a house with richcraft . The model home is definitely not as the house they pawn off at you. Its like false advertisementThis whole process has been extremely unprofessional, no craftsmanship, low quality work and no customer service at all. I was anticipated and excited to see what I was waiting for after seeing the model home, and expected the same craftsmanship and quality of work. Where to start. The defaults , incomplete work, mistakes and the complete opposite of the aesthetically appeasing model home I once visited is what I encountered. In comparison to the model home and the house you receive its like expectations vs. Reality. I thought this company was one of the top builders in Ottawa but most definitely not. Do not go with this company ! I reached out to the lawyer they suggested and showed the pictures of their work his response based on the pictures you sent me the house looks used but end of story whether satisfied of the finishing product or not .. you have to close and take it up with them or else you will be penalized!!! This is not a free home, I worked hard to generate the down payment and its not a cheap house .
