We were having problems with our Miele dishwasher not working. Called Miele to get number of service rep in our area. We were given the contact info for a company near Toronto and tried unsuccessfully for 6 weeks to book an appointment or to even get a response..... no luck. Contacted FW Black in Kingston, and even though their policy is to service only Miele appliances which they have sold, they kindly agreed to help us out, and sent out a tech who repaired our dishwasher.
