Had purchased a Bosch from Geomans (Brampton). The front door had many dents and scratches, power cord missing, water hose missing. I called Geomans 5 times, did not get any action plan to send me the power cord, missing water hose and replace the front door. Or replace my unit. Each time, I get the same answer "we will get back to you before the end of the day." End of the day came and gone. NO ANSWER! Went to visit the Geomans store in Whitby, as soon as I told them I purchased the item in Brampton. Immediately they tell me "Sorry, must deal with them."
This is ridiculous.
