Worst service ever. Extremely slow in following up.
After 4 visits and 5 weeks, the washer is still not repaired.
Although I do appreciate the technicians spending time and try to repair the equipment.
If I had a chose, would never recommend/use this company.

While we are sorry to hear about your experience, we would like you to know that many of the time impediments we face in repairing units are due to appliance part delays. In the event that we are unable to get the right part for a customer in a timely fashion, repair is sometimes halted. Though we are experts in our field, we too encounter challenging repairs.
