Like most security companies it seems they love to sign you up for a three year contract and then sit back and look for the next customer. A contract with 1/8 print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper ! We were forced to use this company by our contractor. The answering service seems to be ok so far but the head office appears to be out to lunch. We had asked for and paid for an extra wire run during the installation last August and are still waiting with no answer to our emails or phone calls. I don't think we will be renewing with this company and recommend checking out the other companies renews first if you have the option to do so.

In response to this review, we never force any customer into contracts nor would a contracter. We work with major builders not single contracters. Even when we install systems for our builder customers they can choose any company they want, they do NOT have to sign a contract with Henderson Security!! This sound like a bogus review to me, our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm with a full office staff to answer phones. If people are looking for reviews they need to look at the BBB . Please have this unhappy customer to call me directly to make sure they are happy.
