Renato first came to my home to discuss my furnace options. He is very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his expertise when deciding which product would work best for me. Renato takes his time explaining your choices by no means pushes you into buying something you don't need.
He is true to his word when he tells you he will call you back. He goes out of his way to research and explain government rebates etc.
On the day of installation he was on time and his work was first class all the way. No short cuts and the final result was superior.
