Air Heating Plus Ltd. replaced my old furnace with a defective heat exchanger with a new American Standard High Efficiency 80000 BTU furnace. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by Renato. He came across as someone who cares for his customers. My furnace failed on one of the coldest day of the month. Renato came to my home the same day I called him to provide me with and an estimate. He replaced the furnace promptly the next day. His price was very competitive and service extremely professional. He educated me on all the different options available and advised on the best ones for me (not necessarily the most expensive ones). I felt comfortable with him and also felt that I can depend and rely on him for any follow-up issues. The installation was clean and professional both inside and outside the house.
