Esteban responded promptly to my request for a quotation. Wally made an initial site visit to understand the scope of the work. Wally was courteous, and answered all of my questions. The price quoted included the cost of the required permit.
The work was completed promptly the following week and a Certificate of Acceptance was issued by ESA. I would not hesitate to call on Minielectric again when the need arises.
