We discovered, to our great horror, that there were bedbugs in my son's bed. To make matters worse, we discovered this at 10 p.m. the night before we were to leave on a two-week family vacation. Though it seemed absurd, we decided to call someone that night. As you would expect, we got answering machines until to our total surprise, Waheed at Pesticon answered the phone. He listened to our situation, made some adjustments to his schedule and arrived at our house first thing the next morning. He explained the situation, made his recommendations (which admittedly seemed extreme at first), and gave us directions on how to prepare for his treatment process. It was difficult work, but Waheed was very clear throughout -- putting the effort into doing it properly is the only way you will succeed. In the end, the experience cost a lot of money in furniture replacement, laundering services, etc. but Waheed stayed true to his very reasonably quote. Throughout, Waheed was direct, frank, and realistic. This allowed us to make the right decisions, some of which were very difficult. His commitment, professionalism, and expertise allowed us, in the end, to get rid of our problem. Bed bugs are a nightmarish thing to endure. They require a serious, professional approach. That is what Waheed brings, and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through this dreadful ordeal. Thanks to Waheed, we're coming up on a year of sleeping soundly in our home, knowing we are bug-free.

Waheed is a pro and his service matches his expertise. On a long weekend he was at the house within hours to deal with carpenter ants. He was also sensitive to the fact we have young kids in the house and explained the chemicals used and how to keep safe around them. While of course I hope never to need him again, if another pest problem arises, he will certainly be my first phone call.

While knocking out drywall of an exterior wall, I discovered contaminated insulation. I further discovered a live wasps nest behind the vapor barrier.

Panicking as a it was the Victoria Day long weekend, I tried calling Pesticon. Waheed promptly answered, and said he would arrive in a few hours.

Sure enough, he did. I showed him my problem, and he got rid of everything in the drywall INCLUDING the wasps nest. He also found the small entry point, which he showed me so that I could temporarily seal it up with some expanding foam.

I also explained to him the other non-urgent pests around the home. He will return in a few weeks to work on those as well.

He put my fears to rest, explained everything thoroughly, assured me that no other wasps were in other drywall cavities - all on a long weekend. What a guy.

He's extremely knowledgeable, and it shows how much he know about each type of pest.

I give him 10/10 for his professional emergency visit today.

My wife was freaking out about some mouse droppings underneath our kitchen sink.So being a loyal Homestars user (The Water Works Plumbing and Drain Inc.) i called Pesticon on Saturday evening.The gentlemen was so polite and helpful.He arrived on Sunday afternoon- early to be precise(Mother's Day).We really appreciated that.He moved out our Fridge and stove and cleaned behind them.He applied this special bate and he set up some traps in our basement. No More Mice!
