Pesticon Pest Control

I had carpenter bees coming into the framework of the sliding door out the backyard. I called Pesticon to see what they could do for me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, Sunday, between 11am - 12pm. Manish Patel showed up closer to 10:30am which was great! I showed him the picture above and what I had seen and he was quick to agree that it was definitely carpenter bees. Manish went right to work on getting rid of the problem and making sure they don't come back. On top of that there was a 6 month guarantee on their work which is helpful.

I will update as the summer goes along to let anyone reading this review know if there has been a return or anything else that has happened. The only aspect that I was not completely satisfied with was the slight pressure on writing a review. I always do with work that has been done to my home as I think HomeStars is a great resource and I always appreciate when people are honest on here. Not only did I receive a text message with the link, which did help, but also received a follow-up phone call later that evening to once again remind me to write a review. I don't overly think all of that is necessary. Outside of that, I think the work was quickly and professionally done and would recommend.

OCT.26 UPDATE

Used them again to get rid of some wasps that wanted to make a home at the front of the house. They were great, came the next day and took care of everything. Showed me how large the problem was and told me that if I see any of them around after a few days to contact them right away. It was great! I will continue to use them but hopefully I won't have too.
