We've had an ant problem for a few years but I never called for help until yesterday-suddenly our rooms started to be taken over by dozens of large 1"-2" flying carpenter ants, creeping out of joints in our skylights. I called pesticon at 6 pm and they showed up promptly at 8 am the next day-they offered to do a quick spray to hold us over the night before but we declined.
Ghanshyam was fast, friendly and efficient. As roof access wasn't possible he asked permission to drill a few holes in our ceiling to spray the attic and wall spaces, very easy to patch. Had to clear out for a couple of hours and when we returned, all we saw was dead ants. Ganshyam says almost all the nest is dead now, but it can take 20 days for the infestation to be completely cleared, if we see an ant after that he'll return and respray.
Overall, fast and friendly. Price is reasonable, and the peace of mind of know the carpenter ants are toast is well worth the money. If I'd known it was this fast and easy, I'd have called last year-and I probably should have.
