We called Waheed after reading his reviews on Homestars. He came to our house on very short notice and managed our expectations. He explained that the most effective way to catch a rat was to use a contact poison, but because we have a baby in the house, Waheed advised against it. Instead, he recommended sticky traps, which although take longer and aren't as effective, were safer for the baby.
Waheed was always available for questions and was very professional. In the end, after two weeks, we trapped the rat ourselves in the basement washroom, but Waheed promptly came the next morning, caught and disposed of it. We would definitely recommend him to others.
