I purchased a ductless air conditioner and could not be happier with the service I received from placing the order to commissioning. Robert handled my transaction from start to finish. He was very thorough and professional. Delivery and commissioning were smooth and appointment times were adhered to. The Mitsubishi ductless unit is a fantastic product, wish I had done this sooner.
