Carport Repair

We booked Royal Home Improvements in early June to repair my mothers car port. Darrell was our sales person & told us it would be done in early July. We paid a deposit & signed a contract.
By mid July we heard nothing & I spoke to our project manager, Mike, who "couldn't" give us a date when the project would be done.
After not having phone calls returned, today I left a message for the owner, Paul, to call me.
I received a call back from the production manager telling me they had too much work & not enough employees and it could be months till they got to our job. This is way too long to wait and not what our sales person told us.
At least I've been told we'll get our deposit back but now we've wasted 2 months.
Very poor company for communicating with customers!
