I've been a customer of Whiteshark's for years. Most recently I was invoiced $40 more than I was quoted, and generally find their invoices to be inconsistent with their self service booking system on numerous occasions.
The workers are friendly and do a good job. And although the cost of labor has gone up, I just can't stomach the pricing inconsistencies anymore.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. When crews are on site, they come across issues while on ladders and working. If the client is not home, we make a judgement call on repairing what is required. We do this because the crew is already on site, set up and on the ladder. If the cost is not ok with the client, we cancel it. This is still cheaper than seeing an issue, waiting to find the client and returning back to the site and setting up again.
We have had instances where we see an issue and then don't fix it while waiting to reach client for approval. When we do, the client is upset that we did not fix the issue while we were there.
