Horrible customer service, very poor quality products. We purchased a washer and dryer for our new home since day one the washer had issues. In less than 6 months it was repaired 6 times. They told us that they would replace it after the fifth issue but it turned out they wouldn't it's been 1 month we are still waiting for them to repair the washer. We contact them every week they keep telling us the order is in transit??!!! What to hell where is the order coming from planet Mars !!! Sooo disappointed with their service and product never ever in my life would I purchase whirlpool again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. I have a little one and having to wash clothes every 2-3 days to friends and family's house or public laundry services is not fun. Save the money and save yourself the trouble and headache and go with any company but whirlpool. I don't know how they're still running as a company, they have poor review everywhere including BBB. If you're reading this whirlpool I hope your company goes bankrupt in less than a year then I would throw my washer happily down the garbage.
