Weed Man Surrey

Second year using Weedman. Service level, particularly application of product, very poor. My neighbor observed their recent visit. Technician was on his phone, did not even attempt to survey the lawn for weeds and apply spot treatment, and then left. This is also evident from the level of weeds I have. I raised the service level with the technician the last time he was on site. Same applies to Spring moss treatment. You can tell where they applied product and were they rushed and missed large areas and most of the edges. I will go back to doing my own moss treatment and figure something out for weed control. Weedman did offer to come and retreat but honestly I am tired of babysitting the technicians. Should not be my job.
