i have called and cancelled my account and they still showed up and treated my dead lawn! i called their office only to be told that i still have to pay! very poor customer service. this is a very obvious cash grab!

I am sorry that you feel this way. The last thing we want to do is upset you, are goal is to maintain your lawn and take care of our customers. If there is an error on our part the first thing we will do is apologies for our mistake and resolve any and all concerns immediatley
