I just asked a quotation for weed control service over the phone a week ago and today weedman showed up doing a fertilizer job with a $66.09 bill. I contacted them right away and the lady said she can put my account on hold but I have to pay the bill anyway. How can they ask me to pay for a service which I never order from them? Plus, my backyard is always locked from inside, so it is impossible for them to do any job in the backyard, but the bill quotes job is done for my entire lawn.
I should have read other person's posts about weedman before calling them for a quote.
