When things go wrong Nick does not stand by his work

Nick ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds and they had large black circles all over them. I paid him to put new blinds in and they smelled like skunk. He refused to answer calls or emails. I had to pay someone to take them down (Nick forced them into the brackets... a mess) and then had to order new blinds that cost me in the thousands.
All I wanted were my blinds clean. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK
