New locks and security gates installed
Tom from Victory Locks is amazing. Honestly, the level of service, commitment to timelines and communication is not something I have encountered or even expect in dealing with renovators or the trades. I called Tom, he confirmed, he showed up and estimated all within 24 hours. I took a week to commit, then called and within 24 hours he was back on site with samples, taking final measurements for the security gates that I wanted installed. 2 business days later Tom emailed and advised that he WOULD BE ON-SITE AT 11:30 AM. AND HE WAS!!!! This is amazing, because sadly I don't usually expect anyone in the trades to show up on time, sometimes not at all. Tom upgraded the materials, installed additional components and left the site spotless. He finished the installation last night and then emailed me at 10:30 pm that the installation was complete and it was a pleasure working with us.
And I am still waiting for a quote from one other company LOL!
