Even though this company came into the project late they are finally finishing a project that was botched by another company. They have gotten more done in a short space of time than the other company. They stand behind their work and are in constant communication with us. They give prices, tell us the effects of doing things in the overall plan and are generally smart, well mannered and efficient.

We have used Urban Innovations twice, once with our condo and then with our home. We think Richard and Mitch are the best! They have terrific suggestions, are a pleasure to work with and come in on budget. We would not hesitate to work with them again and the results of our projects are beautiful.

We have worked with Mitch and Richard on two occasions, as our complete renovation of our home was in two-steps. I agree with the comments of the first reviewer. Both times, the work was on budget (if not under) and of the highest of quality...their portfolio of work is amongst the finest in the city. And-and this is big-they are responsive and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say, we highly recommend them.
