We had our furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced all at once and Eric personally came to assess our needs and prescribe the most suitable solution. Installation was done quickly and professionally. When the air con malfiunctioned a few years later, the defect (evaporator fan) was fixed immediately and under warranty.
We got the new tankless water heater by Rinnai and it has performed flawlessly.
The efficiency the whole system we bought has resulted in lower operational cost oevrall. Thank you, Eric and team!
