I have been using them for several years for water testing but only for convenience. Twice this year when I had to order parts, it appeared that they were not new. Last one purchased was even in a package that was opened. I tried it only because I was desperate and it did work.
The owner is very arrogant and I won't even go back for testing. Pioneer more reliable.
