This is the second time I have used Torwin Windows and Doors. Jody helped me make my selections. He listened to my needs and wants and he suggested the products to suit my needs. The crew was professional and courteous. There was one little problem during the installation which was addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

We had all the windows in our home done this summer. Torwin did an amazing job. Crew is outstanding. The windows have changed the look and feel of our home.

The crew who installed the living window did beautiful work. The caulking is perfect and the whole effect looks like a work of art.

The window looks magnificent and the overall quality is obvious.

This is my 2nd review of Torwin, but this is the 5th, and likely final, job they have done at our house. I say final job simply because Torwin has replaced all of the windows and doors in our house over the last 5 years, and I expect these items to remain in good shape for however long we continue to own this house.

As in all of our previous dealings with Torwin, everything was very easy and pleasant: from the initial visit by Jody again to take measurements and provide a quote, to the installation by Albino and his team.

Albino and his team of installers were on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and did an excellent job with the window installation and the accompanying aluminum work.

Once again, I would not hesitate to recommend Torwin if you need any windows or doors replaced. I thank them for taking such good care of us and our house for the last 5 years and over these last 5 jobs.

Great experience with Torwin, everyone was pleasant to deal with and very patient while we worked out all the details of our new fiberglass and wrought iron front door as well as two new patio doors. Quote was competitive and fair, and the workmanship was carried out with meticulous care. Crew was fabulous, very clean and took extra care not to damage any surrounding property. Had a couple delays in starting the work but that's not unusual for any home improvement job. Any other issues were very minor and handled right away, no hassle. Very satisfied and looking forward to giving them a call when it's time to replace our windows. Have recommended them twice so far to friends and family who are also very pleased. Albino and his crew replaced 9 windows in our home. Our new vinyl windows and exterior aluminum trim look great! His fine carpentry skills and attention to detail are apparent in the new interior trim casings. The new windows are much more energy efficient and I am enjoying the increased interior light level.
What an improvement! He and his crew worked hard and we will appreciate their job well done for years to come.
Torwin had replaced 13 windows in our home almost a decade ago. They still sell quality products and have excellent customer service.

Replace 6 windows in East York semi. Quotation process was straightforward and the final quote competitive. When Albini came to measure the windows my confidence was increased as he pried off pieces of trim to determine what he was working with. Installation was very professional, damp wood in the walls was replaced and the finished product looks excellent.
The service after installation has been extraordinary. It became apparent that there was some leakage in two of the windows. Not surprising as this is an old house and the shingles were in poor condition. Albini fixed the problem within 24 hours of my call, going so far as to identify problems with my flat roof which were nothing to do with his scope of work.
