Torwin Windows & Doors provided a quick, detailed quote with answering questions. Communications was very good from office staff from measurements appointment to scheduling install. All the information was provided for GreenON Rebate claim by Torwin and I just had to submit claim.

Installation was very good. Only suggestion is to provide customer with a few choices for wood trim around windows before install. I would have preferred not as wide trim to more closely match trim from remainder of house.

I got Torwin information from my tenant then talked with Tony. He did very job for measurement and answer all my questions. the estimate document is very clear. And all the stuff in Torwin, Cassie, Nick all of them are very nice and professional, Tom led his team replaced six windows in my house. They were clean, courteous and did a great job on the install. They made getting our GreenOn Rebate really easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

I was in the market for new windows for my home and contacted several companies for a quote.

I met with Tony one morning and he took his time measuring all the Windows that needed replacing while telling me about the different window options available for each room. His quote was neither the cheapest or most expensive of the quotes I received, his attention to detail was the reason I chose Torwin.

I was lucky enough to have someone cancel last minute and got my windows much earlier than expected. The team that came to install my windows were very professional and very nice. It was a big job, 10 windows, and they worked round the clock to get it done. I did not have to watch or babysit them I just say in my basement and did my work. The men were very happy to answer any questions I have and fix anything I thought needed touching up, which was mostly to do with the reinstallation of my shutters. After they were done in each room, they vacuumed and tidied up their stuff. You'll still need to do your own dusting and wiping afterward, but there were no bits of drywall or screws/nails left behind. They took back all the old windows and window trimming as well and my garage looked like nobody had been in it when they were gone.

The new windows are outstanding, the house feels cooler in the summer and I'm sure it will be warmer in the winter. They also block out more street noise than my old builder's windows.

I am very happy with the Job that the gentlemen at Torwin did and am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs new Windows.

I contact Torwin for the replacement of three windows. the estimate, follow up, scheduling, cleaning and installation (very good seal and isolation) and everyone I dealt with was and professional, they took a good care to do the job and pleased me with the results.

We needed to get our old sliding patio door replaced and Torwin offered us one of the more competitive quotes we received. Our decision took a while but the sales staff was patient and provided us with all of the information we needed.

When it came to installation, the lead time, scheduling, follow up, and installation was a breeze. Tom and his crew completely removed the old door, installed the new door to our custom specifications in less than 3 hours. The finished product looks great and we are very happy to have used Torwin to replace our patio door.

During our main floor renovation we decided to replace a large window that looked out onto our deck with double french doors. We suspected there might be an issue as the ceilings in our home and therefore the windows were not standard sizing. Our contractors suggested Torwin doors and we could not be happier with their product offerings or service. From the very first site visit with Jody the service was impeccable. He came prepared to discuss all possibilities and brought color swatches for the outside door color to ensue it would match our exsisting stucco. They even found a way to fit a standard door into my large opening to save the expense of having to custom make a door. To select the actual door Jody suggested we go see Cassi at their head office. She was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions and helped me pick the appropriate door and hardware for my needs. Not only did they help me with the new doors but Cassi went out of her way to find a source for privacy glass for my existing front door. This door was not one of their doors nor did it fit their standard measurements but Cassi went above and beyond. Once the doors were installed there was an issue with keying and again Cassi's solution was so fair that I had to write this review to express my satisfaction with the customer service. It's a rare company that has a solid product combined with stellar customer service but Torwin Doors has both in spades. Thanks to Jody, Cassi and Nick for a great service experience.

So happy with Torwin Windows, had a new entry door installed and new sliding doors leading to my deck. Very impressed with the workmanship, the guys took such good care to finish the job with attention to every detail, and cleaned the area nicely.
