Thermo Bilt Windows & Doors

I hired this company a month ago and was very pleased with the work. They were on time and courteous and most importantly did a good job on the windows. I would definitely recommend them.

We were recommended this company by our neighbours. They have decent installers and for the most part they are on time. The problems are with their service department. They don't really have one. For such a big job and price tag, i would recommend a larger company. Their service department are the installers going back to fix things. They are really nice, but busy...We have been waiting 2 years for repairs and attention.

Terrible customer service by office and service people. The noise level from outside is worst that it has ever been. my old windows were much better. They only care to sell you windows then tell you to contact CMHC
and your warranty does not matter. I would advise to stay clear of this Co.

We called several places, and chose Thermo-Bilt. Thermo-Bilt was not the cheapest or most expensive, but they were the most professional people we dealt with. They came, discussed our options and worked well within our budget with amazing quality results. When they came and did the job, they were quick, and even after the job was done they cleaned up every little bit of mess they made. We were really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this company and would highly recommend them to anyone if asked.

I want to thank the guys who installed my new windows and doors cause they did an amazing job. The installation was very professionally done and the guys cleaned up any mess. I love my new windows and doors and would highly recommend Thermo-Bilt. Their expertise is second to none and their prices are very reasonable too. I've had more than one neighbour comment on how awsome the new windows and doors look. I can't wait for winter as there will be no more drafts!

I would like to commend you on your excellent product and efficient installation team. They did a great job and were on time and work all day and made sure that everything was clean before they left. I really appreciated to professionalism from the sales quote right down to the clean up at the end of the job. They even looked over the laneway for left over screws and any missed garbage. I would have no problems recommending your installation services to anybody looking for new windows. I hope we have the room in next spring’s budget to replace our basement windows. I needed a Bay style window replacement prematurely due to shoddy workmanship and quality. Thermo-bilt windows was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. They were professional, punctual and their workmanship was top notch. The job they did for me was excellent and I would recommend them with absolutely no reservations.

My neighbour had gotten new windows installed from Thermo-bilt windows and they were really happy about their purchase and the service and quality they received from thermo-bilt last year. So I decided to give them a call and was presently surprised at the way the sales guy took his time with us to get us the best deal and quality for the budget we were working with this year. We also got the job done when they said they would do it on time and the installation looked great, they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest window company with fair prices.

The salesperson, Steve Mercer, is very professional and very responsive during the whole process from beginning to end, including after installation support. Very nice windows and we are very happy. The installation team was good and clean and very polite. I will recommend and have already recommended two of my firends to get windows from them.
