I dealt with both salesmen Michael and Louis on two different occasions and they were great. There was never any pressure tactics to buy their product. They gave us a fair price that was well below the competition. Believe me we shopped around and they offered the best product for the price. And when we finally did sign the contract we had no regrets. We had our windows replaced in November during a cold snap that must have been one of the coldest days of the year -- but this did not affect the installation. The Installers were true professionals. They arrived and worked quickly and did an excellent job. After they were done they even came back the next day to make a few unscheduled adjustments that we requested.
