what can i say? - first off, sorry for the delayed review Louis...but better late than never? Great great team to work with. Louis was very patient with us with respect to our first meeting, 2nd meeting and our last meeting before we signed on. We did our homework, asked many questions and Louis was up to the task - answering our questions, having some tea with us etc etc.

We went to the showroom saw some of the types of windows that were to be installed. We met Tato, who came by to do the final measurements.

We are very very happy with the job done. Louis was great to work with but more importantly, the skills and professionalism of Tato and his team was excellent. He cleaned everything up even going behind some shrubs to collect insulation etc.

Again, thanks guys, we look forward to replacing our entrance doors in the next year and will be sure to call you!!!

He estimated and quoted our job on short notice, explained our options and window models and efficencies clearly, quoted our job at rates far lower than competitors, and ensured our greatest satisfaction. I am retired so I have to be very careful with money. So when my bay window was broken by a baseball ball. I look for a company that can repair the window, I could not find a company that gave me a fair price until The Window & Door Specialist came and took the job. They replace the window for the price that other company wanted just for the center glass. The following year I hired them to replace my bedroom window then last year I hired them to replace the basement windows. They did an excellent work. They were on time and clean, I trust this company; they stand behind their product and service. This year as of September 23 they will be replacing all my old windows from my house. I was pleasantly surprise that the windows they will be installing have a manufacture warranty labor and materials for a LIFE TIME.
