He gave us a few ideas and then gave us our quote. From Kian, and the installation team, to the Sales Manager that came out immediately to inspect and to Jack that just installed the last door. EVERYONE was very professional, friendly, hard working and the clean up after was amazing and impressive. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by The Window & Door Specialist from obtaining quote to the completion of the installation. All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I ordered triple glaze for some fixed windows and the rest double glaze.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Kian, the owners who are very professional, knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient and always ready to answer any questions.
The installation was exceptional and the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home and the quality of work was outstanding. they took the time to ensure that all debris was removed and the house was left clean. The quality of windows is absolutely astounding.
