We originally came across Kim and The Floor Shop when looking to install hardwood floors through out our entire home. From the moment that I met Kim I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Since we have two medium sized dogs it was important that we choose the right hardwood and wanted to ensure it was hardwood professionals that installed it.
A detailed schedule was determined and the contractors remained on the schedule which was not an easy task given the other contractors we had on site.
If every company was run as well as Kim does this site of the Floor Shop renovations would be stress free!!
We love our new hardwood floors and stairs and would highly recommend this company to anyone who was the job done on time and correctly.
