I am forever grateful to Bill and his two team members for accommodating us in their busy schedule. At first, he was kind enough to come on a short notice to give us an estimate on our required job. He explained to us the work that was needed and that he would try to fit us in before our patio interlock repair date. True to his word, he managed to squeeze us in within a week’s time period. When he came with his team, they were not only quick but also tidy in their work. They completed all areas of tuck pointing neatly and happily obliged to some of our other areas of requests. Bill tried to resolve some unexpected findings in the chimney with his best possible solution and a ten year warranty. On the whole, it was a very pleasant experience and I have the peace of mind of knowing that I had honest, integral and hardworking team take care of my repair job.
