Bill and his crew are extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable in the work they do and show great care in ensuring their work is done right the first time. We were very impressed with his attention to detail in both his initial inspection and final work and appreciated his taking the time time explain the repair process and point out and then fix the unforseen issues discovered during the project that the average homeowner would likely not even know to look for. Our job was a bit more challenging then average but his ability to quickly come up with creative solutions to go above and beyond just solving the problem was exemplary of a true professional. His knowledge and expertise is by far the best I've encountered and costs are very reasonable for excellent quality of work - we would highly recommend Bill and his crew as our top choice for future projects.
