I was forced to rebuild my chimney by my insurance company. Bill contacted the insurance company, assured them he was going to rebuild it, and issued the quote direct to them. This allowed me to continue to have regulare coverage, as they were about to cancel the house insurance. When he began the project, he had quoted me for a liner as well - he called from the roof and told me I did not need to replace it, and the price he quoted was lowered by the amount of the material he did not use.
