I found Joe on Home Stars and decided to go with him after reading all of the great reviews. I am glad I did. He called me the very next morning and came to repair my washer that afternoon. My washer was not draining as I had loaded too many items and an article of clothing got stuck in the pump. Joe knew exactly what to do and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He also triple-checked that the water was draining and that the washer was spinning properly to save me from having to call him back again after. There was some wear on the belt however he gave me his honest opinion and suggested that it was still fine to use and I did not need to replace it.
All in all, super pleased with the service. Joe was super communicative, friendly and personable. He definitely knows his stuff and is super knowledgeable about the industry. I highly recommend him!!
