Called Joe first thing in the morning as my dryer was not working. He showed up just after lunch same day and diagnosed the problem with the error code F01 I was getting on my Whirlpool.
Not only did he fix it but saved me over $250 by soldering the control board instead of having to replace it with a new one.
Joe is the best and most honest repair person and he will always have my business.
