Everyone told me I needed a new fridge... I called The Appliance Guy. He called me back promptly. He was professional and honest. He came to my door within 2 hours since he wasn't far. He came prepared with a toolbox and new parts in hand. It turned out I didn't explain the problem properly over the phone (my fault), but, no problem. He walked out to his car, took a look and he had the obscure part I needed, brand new. While he worked, he explained what he was doing and how my fridge works. He taught me how to maintain it in an effort to make it last longer. I recommend The Appliance Guy very much. Right from the beginning, I could tell this guy has a lot of experience. With this type of work, he could save you loads of money, like he did for me.
I can't help but think I'm lucky I didn't get a guy who ran up a bill running back and forth from his supplier to my house. This guy comes prepared.
