Joe recommended Danny to us. We have a built in Microwave which is getting older but has worked great and is fitted for the space. Danny came by and figured out a fuse had blown. I spoke to him before ordering the fuse and he walked me through a process to see if a new fuse would actually fix the issue or if more than likely the motherboard was blown. I was able to determine it was the fuse and saved another service call by Danny although I'll be recommending him to others.
