Price was ok, but when I needed help with issues on 3 out 5 appliances, they were no where to be found. I called the rep and even the manager of the store and they completely ignored me. Had to call the head office to get a response.
Resulting from this experience, I would like to let everyone know to avoid this Tasco. Your hard earned money is better spent at another store where they value after sales and customer service.
This Tasco seem only interested in making the initial sale and not interested in supporting the customer after the purchase.
If Homestars would allow a negative rating, I would have given it to them.
