I agreed to have this company give an estimate primarily because of their A+ rating with a Better Business Bureau. I dealt from the beginning to the end with the person named Sol ( no last name given on his card). He was disrespectful towards a customer,spoke inappropriately to me as a woman, and exhibited a consistent pattern of misleading, not responding to phone calls until I threatened to contact BBB. The work, which was not completed after a month, was of poor quality. I attempted to contact the owner twice, by phone and in person-he never phoned back.I lodged a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Even after the BBB contacted the owner, he never established contact with me.We now have to search for another company to redo the work. I wasted more than a month, there was water in the basement, etc.
I hope that this company is withdrawn from the BBB's accreditation,
so that other people do not undergo my experience.

We have already expressed to this customer our disappointment at our staff allegedly treating her in an unprofessional manner. We did try to work with customer to rectify the situation and offer solutions, but she was unwilling to accept any of our proposals. We followed BBB protocol, as she did place a complaint with them and the matter was dealt with and closed.
We trust that consumers will give us a fair opportunity.
